Join us for a one-of-a-kind trail running adventure at the well-known De Krans Wines in Calitzdorp. This is more than a race – it’s a full family outing with something for everyone!

Hanepoot Trail Run – A Unique Klein Karoo Experience! Enjoy a fun morning of walking, trail running, picking your own Hanepoot grapes, wine tasting, and treating yourself to a delicious meal at the farm deli.

Our 5km Fun Walk/Run is dog-friendly, and yes – your furry friends get a time, medal and podium position if they are entered and have paid the entry fee!

And don’t worry… Jakhals Brew will be on-site to serve your jakhalicious coffee fix before and during the event.

Expect Some Heat?
February can be warm, but we start early!
Prize giving will take place around 10h30.
Podium winners walk away with De Krans Wines (18+) or grape juice for our younger athletes.
Plus—lots of Hanepoot grapes up for grabs!

Distances & Difficulty
🐾 5km Fun Walk/Run (Dog Friendly!)
Perfect for young and old—moms with prams, grandparents with grandkids, beginners, walkers, and anyone who simply wants to have fun.

⛰️ 10km Trail Run
Moderately challenging. Suitable for runners with average fitness levels.

🏔️ 21km Trail Run
For the fitter, more experienced trail runners seeking a proper test.
