Blues is arguably the most important form of the modern art alive today. It gave birth to Rock n Roll, Country & Western, Pop, Funk, Ska and even R&B (to name but a few). It is the most natural foundation of music – and those wanting to learn an instrument are most often steered towards classic Blues. It is truly multi-cultural and multi-generational, and the ideal match for both the Knysna environment and its mix of diverse culture.
