In the heart of the Garden Route, nestled between the town of Knysna and the famous Knysna Heads, lies Pumula Lodge - `the place of rest`.

The well-appointed and eco-friendly lodge in a tranquil, parkland setting, is the ideal place to sit back, relax and enjoy a sundowner on your private deck overlooking the garden. A tree-top breakfast amongst the birds adds to the unique experience and don`t be surprised if a few `tame` and opportunistic feathered friends join you for a titbit, preferably pecked from your hand!

A private entrance leads to five en-suite bedrooms , each with its own deck overlooking the garden and swimming pool. Rooms are well-appointed with everything you need to make your stay a memorable one. There is a covered barbeque area next to the swimming pool for those guests who prefer to relax at home and perhaps have a barbeque (or as we say in the vernacular, a braai). However, if cooking is not on your list of things to do while on holiday, your hosts will recommend some of the many fine restaurants in the area.
