Growing up in beautiful South Africa, it was natural to develop a passion for this country. While on a trip in Costa Rica, I met my Swiss wife. A teacher by trade, I was more than happy to trade the beach for mountains. Having worked our way through restaurants and hotels in Europe, between taking trips around the globe of course, we have finally planted our roots.
