Wildfarm Wellness Weekend offers you a weekend filled with Yoga, Tai chi, Movement meditation/Dance, Sound journeys and Tree planting!
All to be experienced while held in the beautiful tranquil setting of Wildfarm in Wilderness in the Western Cape.
Food is included with camping for R750! If you want to upgrade to private rooms there are 2 en suites available and there is a shared double available at an additional cost!!!

Come give yourself some well needed time to reconnect to your Self, your inner nature, and to the exquisite nature all around us.

Friday evening will include some time to arrive and relax, a welcoming opening ceremony leading into meditation and wholesome veggie dinner.

Saturday morning after some wake up refreshments we start to enliven our Beings with Tai Chi. Nourish with breakfast and then some time to give to the earth and get our hands in the soil with some tree planting.

The day of enlivening our beings continues with nurturing lunch, moving into intimate connection with self through yoga and Ayurvedic massage workshop. We sit for dinner and meditation and then move our bodies to the rhythmical vibrations, loosening and releasing any remaining tension, celebrating this life that we live.
